Hello All,
With the colder winter months slowly leaving us, we look forward to the warmth and changing days of Spring. The tulips erupt and pear trees fill the skies like snow…..or cotton.
I don’t know about you, but I am a hot weather person. I DO NOT like to be cold! Now I like a good snow at Christmas time and a warm fire in the fireplace. But when it is all said and done, I stinkin’ love hot weather. And I mean HOT weather. I grew up in Houston, so I fondly remember many a Christmas day in shorts and a t-shirt! So this time of year gets me excited! Tilling the garden in preparation for jalapeños, grilling on the patio and baseball season openers fill my spring time off.
I think we often look to Spring for new growth and change. A chance to clean up the house, take old clothes to goodwill and watch the grass grow back. It is almost like a second New Year.
AMC is has been fast growing too. The staff and building have doubled in size in the past 15 years! But we still feel like we are busting at the seams. We have been so blessed to have our patient load grow and grow each year. With every small change, we make to accommodate our growing clientele comes the need for a new change. So this year, we have decided to make a BIG CHANGE. It is with much excitement and anticipation that we announce our plans to build a new facility! That is right!! Animal Medical Center is moving up!
Our new 8200 square foot state of the art facility!
Bigger yard so your boarding animals have more room to play!
We have purchased a property at 102nd street and Quaker Ave. With any luck and good weather, we will be opening our new doors in January 2020.
10209 Quaker Ave-just down from the Market Street at 98th St and Quaker. THINK OF THE PARKING POSSIBILITIES!
Benjamin Franklin once said,
”Without continual growth and progress, words like improvement, achievement and success have no meaning.”
We have always prided ourselves on providing PROGRESSIVE veterinary medicine, offering the latest and most advanced options for your pets. Well, now it is time to advance our CONTINUAL GROWTH and build a facility where we can stretch out…..AND YOU CAN PARK! Stay tuned to our social media this year as we provide more details on the build.
